Hyropace（以下简称“本应用”）是一款运行在 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 上的运动监测应用。我们高度重视你的隐私。本应用完全离线运行，不收集、不上传、不分享你的任何个人数据。

1. 我们不收集任何数据

本应用没有服务器，不联网传输任何信息，不含任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。我们无法看到、也不会获取你的任何数据。

2. 健康数据（HealthKit）

• 经你授权后，本应用通过 Apple HealthKit 读取训练期间的心率、活动能量、跑步距离、跑步速度与步数，用于实时显示指标、估算配速和步频。
• 当你主动选择使用健康数据计算心率区间时，本应用会读取设备中已有的最高心率与静息心率；这些数据只用于本机计算。
• 经你授权后，本应用可将你已完成的训练作为一次锻炼记录写入“健康”App。
• 所有健康数据均由苹果的 HealthKit 在你的设备本地管理，绝不会被本应用上传到任何服务器，也不会用于广告或与任何第三方共享。
• 你可随时在 iPhone 的“设置 → 健康 → 数据访问与设备”中撤销授权。

3. 本地存储与设备间同步

你的个人资料（年龄、性别、身高、体重、静息/最大心率、心率区算法、组别）和训练/比赛记录仅保存在你的设备本地（系统 UserDefaults），用于显示与计算。

你的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间会同步这些设置和训练记录，这一同步通过苹果官方的 WatchConnectivity 与 HealthKit 框架在你自己配对的两台设备之间直接完成，不经过任何服务器、不离开你的设备。删除应用即清除这些数据。

4. 儿童隐私

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其信息（事实上本应用不收集任何人的信息）。

Hyropace (“the App”) is a workout-tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. We take your privacy seriously. The App runs entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data.

1. No Data Collection

The App has no servers, sends no data over the network, and contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We cannot see and never receive any of your data.

2. Health Data (HealthKit)

• With your permission, the App reads heart rate, active energy, running distance, running speed, and step count during a workout to display live metrics and estimate pace and cadence.
• When you choose to calculate heart-rate zones from Health data, the App reads your existing maximum and resting heart rate solely for on-device calculation.
• With your permission, the App can write your completed workout to the Health app as a workout sample.
• All health data is managed locally on your device by Apple HealthKit. It is never uploaded by the App to any server, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties.
• You can revoke access anytime in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

3. Local Storage & Device Sync

Your profile (age, sex, height, weight, resting/max heart rate, zone method, division) and your workout/race history are stored only on your device (system UserDefaults), used for display and calculation.

Your iPhone and Apple Watch sync these settings and workout records with each other. This sync happens directly between your own paired devices using Apple’s WatchConnectivity and HealthKit frameworks — it never passes through any server and never leaves your devices. Deleting the App erases this data.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information (in fact it collects no one’s information).
