Hyropace（以下简称“本应用”）是一款运行在 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 上的运动监测应用。我们高度重视你的隐私。本应用不使用开发者运营的服务器，不会向开发者收集、上传或分享你的个人数据。

1. 我们不收集任何数据

本应用没有开发者运营的服务器，不含任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。应用仅使用 Apple 的系统框架，在你的设备本地处理数据，并在你自己的配对设备之间同步；开发者无法看到、也不会获取这些数据。

2. 健康数据（HealthKit）

• 经你授权后，本应用通过 Apple HealthKit 读取训练期间的心率、活动能量、跑步距离、跑步速度与步数，用于实时显示指标、估算配速和步频。
• 当你主动选择使用健康数据计算心率区间时，本应用会从你已授权的心率样本中计算最高观测心率；静息心率由你手动输入。这些数据只用于本机计算。
• 经你授权后，本应用可将你已完成的训练作为一次锻炼记录写入“健康”App。
• 所有健康数据均由苹果的 HealthKit 在你的设备本地管理，绝不会被本应用上传到任何服务器，也不会用于广告或与任何第三方共享。
• 你可随时在 iPhone 的“设置 → 健康 → 数据访问与设备”中撤销授权。

3. 本地存储与设备间同步

你的个人资料（年龄、性别、身高、体重、手动输入的静息心率、最大观测心率、心率区算法、组别）和训练/比赛记录仅保存在应用的本地存储中，用于显示与计算。

你的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间会同步这些设置和训练记录，这一同步通过苹果官方的 WatchConnectivity 与 HealthKit 框架在你自己配对的设备之间完成，不经过开发者运营的服务器。删除应用会清除应用本地保存的数据；此前写入“健康”App 的训练记录由 Apple 健康管理，除非你在“健康”App 中删除，否则会继续保留。

4. 儿童隐私

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其信息（事实上本应用不收集任何人的信息）。

Hyropace (“the App”) is a workout-tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. We take your privacy seriously. The App uses no developer-operated server and does not collect, upload, or share your personal data with the developer.

1. No Data Collection

The App has no developer-operated server and contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It uses Apple system frameworks to process data locally and sync it between your own paired devices; the developer cannot see and never receives that data.

2. Health Data (HealthKit)

• With your permission, the App reads heart rate, active energy, running distance, running speed, and step count during a workout to display live metrics and estimate pace and cadence.
• When you choose to calculate heart-rate zones from Health data, the App calculates the highest observed heart rate from your authorized heart-rate samples; you enter resting heart rate manually. These values are used solely on-device.
• With your permission, the App can write your completed workout to the Health app as a workout sample.
• All health data is managed locally on your device by Apple HealthKit. It is never uploaded by the App to any server, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties.
• You can revoke access anytime in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

3. Local Storage & Device Sync

Your profile (age, sex, height, weight, manually entered resting heart rate, highest-observed heart rate, zone method, division) and your workout/race history are stored only in the App’s local storage and used for display and calculation.

Your iPhone and Apple Watch sync these settings and workout records with each other using Apple’s WatchConnectivity and HealthKit frameworks between your own paired devices; this data never passes through a developer-operated server. Deleting the App removes its locally stored data. Workouts already written to the Health app remain under Apple Health management until you delete them there.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information (in fact it collects no one’s information).
